At Fitness Together we designed a range of Group Class workouts aimed at improving your endurance, body balance and flexibility.  Each workout is different so you can mix these into your weekly fitness program to add variety to your routine and to improve your overall fitness levels.

Endurance & Cardio Workouts: Zumba®, Functional Step, Piloxing®, Circuit Training

These aerobic workouts have been designed to keep your heart, lungs, and circulatory system healthy.  Through aerobic activity, you improve your overall fitness and build your endurance which improves your fitness levels and makes it easier to carry out many of your everyday activities.

Balance & Flexibility Workouts: Postural Alignment, FT Stability, Stretching Speed

These holistic workouts have been designed to improve postural alignment and balance and to eliminate the underlying causes of pain and physical limitation. The workouts include a lot of stretching exercises that help your body stay limber and more flexible, giving you more freedom of movement for other exercises as well as for your everyday activities.

  • POSTURAL ALIGNMENT

    A workout comprised of special exercises that focus on improving your overall body posture, alignment and balance.

  • Zumba®

    Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it!  Zumba® is an energetic, fun and effective workout that combines dancing and fitness. 

  • Circuit Training

    A complete circuit-training workout comprised of various exercises preformed in different ‘stations’ with the use of dumbbells, kettlebells, tires, fit balls, skipping ropes and body weight.  This workout builds up strength and increases metabolism which results in fat burning.  

  • Dans Concept

    Learn how to dance by the rhythm of house music, in a high intensity aerobic program. Take your chance to dance!

  • Stretching

    A comprehensive stretching program designed for the whole body aimed for muscle and joint elasticity.

  • Fat Burn

    An ideal program for increasing metabolism, fat burning and muscle strengthening. High intensity workout for fast results. A program for the most demanding.

  • FT STABILITY

    A program with multiple benefits. Emphasizes on the flex muscles, as well as, on the complete muscle strengthening and the improving our neuromuscular assembly, thus resulting in better control of the body. This program aims to all levels of our athletes.
