Strength Training helps you reduce body fat, increase lean muscle mass and burn calories more efficiently.  This type of training uses resistance to induce muscular contraction and build strength and muscle.

Strength Training is preformed using resistance from your body weight, resistance tubing, free weights and other special equipment.  Strength Training  uses the technique of progressively increasing the force output of the muscle through incremental weight increases and uses a variety of exercises and types of equipment to target all muscle groups.
