Hatha Yoga refers to a set of physical exercises (known as asanas or postures), and sequences of asanas, designed to align your skin, muscles, and bones. The postures are also designed to open the many channels of the body—especially the main channel, the spine—so that energy can flow freely.

Aerial Yoga is based on a series of exercises inspired by the practice of Yoga (breathing, flexibility, inversions), combined with the dynamics of Fitness. The exercises are partly performed in a hammock-like apparatus entirely in the air and partly on the ground. Aerial Yoga improves postural alignment, decompresses spinal joints, strengthens the muscles and improves flexibility. Some additional benefits include better reflexes and improved concentration.
