At Fitness Together we believe that physical activity and good nutrition are equally important when aiming to lead a healthy lifestyle.   No matter what your fitness or health goals are, we strongly believe that exercise is the vehicle to get you to your goals, and nutrition is the fuel.


We approach Nutrition Coaching holistically.  This means that in order to be able to provide you with the correct Nutritional Strategy, we take you through a four-step process that helps us understand your current condition in order to set goals and to map out a tailor-made Nutritional Strategy to help you achieve them.

Υπεύθυνος του τμήματος NutriTogether είναι ο κλινικός – αθλητικός, διαιτολόγος διατροφολόγος Βαμβάκης Αναστάσιος, RD, PgD, MSC, Υποψήφιος Διδάκτωρ Ιατρικής ΑΠΘ. Είναι απόφοιτος του τμήματος Διατροφής & Διαιτολογίας ΑΤΕΙ Θεσσαλονίκης με αρχικά μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στην αθλητική διατροφή και τον μεταβολισμό στο Πανεπιστήμιο Aberdeen Σκωτίας (Biomedical Sciences). Με μετέπειτα μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στην Ιατρική Σχολή ΑΠΘ στην Κλινική Ιατρική Έρευνα και υποψήφιος διδάκτωρ στην Ιατρική Σχολή ΑΠΘ στην αρτηριακή υπέρταση, διατροφή και άσκηση. Έχει διατελέσει αθλητής πετοσφαίρισης σε εθνικές κατηγορίες επί 18 συναπτά έτη σε διάφορες ομάδες στην Ελλάδα και στο εξωτερικό, καθώς επίσης προπονητής πετοσφαίρισης σε ομάδες Α’ εθνικής κατηγορίας ανδρών και γυναικών.

Step by Step Coaching Process

  • Body Assessment

    The Body Assessment test will determine your Body Mass Index, Basic Metabolic Rate, Body Fat Percentage and Lean Muscle Mass.

  • Lifestyle & Goal Assessment

    During a short interview you will briefly describe your daily schedule, your food preferences and what are your fitness / health goals. 

  • Nutritional Strategy

    After having assessed your current physical condition through the Body Assessment  test and your Lifestyle and Goals, our Nutritionist will be able to provide you with a tailor-made nutritional plan that is both effective and flexible and which will match your lifestyle and individual needs.  Paired with a regular exercise program, we strongly believe that any goal you have set can be achieved. 

  • Follow-Up & Behavioral Change Coaching

    Following your first consultation, a follow-up meeting will be taking place every 20 – 30 days.  With every Follow-Up meeting, you will be reviewing your progress, making any adjustments to the nutritional program based on the results and you will be also receiving Behavioral Change Coaching that will help you implement with more ease your new healthier eating and exercising behaviors.
